2 Indians shot dead in front of Gurdwara Sahib in Italy

Rome:- Two Indian nationals have been shot dead in Covo, Bergamo province, Italy. The incident took place when they were coming out of a warehouse being used for Baisakhi celebrations.
According to the 'La Sicilia' newspaper, the attack took place on Friday midnight in the square in front of the 'Gurdwara Mata Sahib Kaur Ji' located in the industrial area of ??the town.
The deceased have been identified as 48-year-old Raghubinder Singh (resident of Covo) and 48-year-old Gurmeet Singh (resident of Agnadello).
According to the newspaper report, the attacker allegedly approached the individuals, fired shots and then got into a car and fled.
According to the report, initial investigations have revealed that it was not a case of a sudden fight or quarrel.
Police officials are investigating the incident as a premeditated murder. Police have also recovered about 10 bullet casings from the scene of the incident. An eyewitness told reporters that the shooter was an Indian who often visited the Gurdwara Sahib. It is worth mentioning that a Baisakhi event was organized nearby on Saturday with the help of local organizations.
