This dispute started in the year 2014, when the plaintiffs/respondents filed a suit seeking separate possession through division of the joint property of the parties. The plaintiffs/respondents claimed that they are not able to utilize their share in the disputed property, hence their share of the property needs to be separated.
Whereas the defence had rejected this argument stating that the plaintiffs/respondents have no right in the said property and the defence/appellant is the real owner of the property. In this case, a preliminary order was passed on 15.02.2022 declaring the shares of the parties against which the present appeal was filed on 17.03.2022 and the dispute between the parties continued.
