200 people donated blood in blood donation camp

Ambala, May 31:- A blood donation camp was organized by the Indian Medical Association and Lions Club Host at Dr. Jai Dev Memorial Rotary Hospital in Ambala Cantonment. This camp lasted from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. 200 people donated blood in it. Haryana Medical Representative Association President Satnam Singh along with his colleagues reached this blood donation camp to donate blood.
On this occasion, Indian Medical Association President Dr. Jitendra Agarwal said that they have organized this camp for social welfare in collaboration with Lions Club, the society needs it. He said that people from many organizations have come to him to donate blood.
Lions Club Ambala Host senior member Pawan Chopra (father of actress Parineeti Chopra) said that the club runs many social service projects throughout the year. He said that Rotary Hospital has such machines that the blood donated by one person can benefit 14 patients.
Dr. Janak Raj, Dr. Narendra Garg, Lion Club President Vikas Malhotra, Raj Madan and other members of the club were present on this occasion.
