12Day Fast Food Cooking Training Program Begins in Khad
Una, July 3: A 12-day fast food cooking training program was inaugurated on Friday at the Khad Gram Panchayat in Haroli Development Block by the chief guest, Vijay Singh, the district's Lead District Manager.
Vijay Singh assured the participants of all possible assistance in securing bank loans, should the need arise, to establish self-employment ventures in the future. Emphasizing the importance of self-reliance, he urged the youth to hone their skills through this training.
On this occasion, Sudhir Kumar Sharma, Director of the Punjab National Bank Self-Employment Training Institute (RSETI), Una, encouraged the participants to make the most of the training. He stated that alongside fast food preparation training, participants would be educated on setting up self-employment ventures, entrepreneurship development, banking procedures, and social security schemes, enabling them to become self-reliant.
Director Sudhir Kumar Sharma informed that participants would be provided with free meals, study materials, and training uniforms during the program, and would receive a government-recognized certificate upon completion. He noted that the training could accommodate a maximum of 35 participants and appealed to eligible and interested individuals to avail themselves of this opportunity.
Financial Advisor Raj Dogra, Zila Parishad member Indubala, Gram Panchayat Pradhan Urmila Devi, Up-Pradhan Amit Kumar, and Institute faculty member Rajni were also present at the event.
