10 services of two departments under the ambit of Right to Service Act
Chandigarh, October 14 - Taking another important step towards ensuring time-bound services to the citizens, the Haryana Government has notified nine new services of Haryana Scheduled Caste Finance and Development Corporation and Rashtriya Safai Karamcharis Finance and Development Corporation under the Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014. Along with this, the time limit, designated officer and grievance redressal officer for these services have also been fixed.
The service time of Education Loan Scheme and Microfinance Scheme under the National Scheduled Caste Finance and Development Corporation has been fixed at 135 days while the time limit for Term Loan Scheme has been fixed at 180 days.
Similarly, the time limit for Education Loan Scheme, Mahila Aadhikita Scheme, Mahila Samriddha Scheme, Micro Credit Scheme and Green Business Scheme under the National Safai Karamcharis Finance and Development Corporation is 135 days while for General Term Loan Scheme it is 180 days.
In addition, a time limit of 40 days has been fixed for subsidy under pond improvement scheme under the Intensive Fisheries Development Programme of the Fisheries Department.
