Hisar:- Solution camp was organized in joint office premises of Hansi on Thursday, which was chaired by SDM Rajesh Khoth. Two problems and applications were presented in the camp.
During the camp, two women named Sidwara and Nirmal, residents of village Sisay, submitted applications for widow pension.
On this, SDM Rajesh Khoth directed the concerned officials to inspect the documents on the spot and start the pension of eligible women with immediate effect. On this occasion, SDM Rajesh Khoth said that solving public problems is the first responsibility of the administration. Through solution camps, we are fulfilling the resolution of providing the common people their rights on time. He further said that the main objective of solution camps is to listen to the problems of the common people on priority basis and resolve them. Such camps are the identity of the transparent and accountable system of the government, in which relief is provided to the people without any delay.
SDM instructed the officers to solve the problems of every person coming to the Samadhan camp on an immediate basis, so that people do not have to make rounds of offices. The biggest objective of this initiative is to reduce the distance between the public and the administration.
He told that Samadhan camps are being organized by the administration on Monday and Thursday so that people of rural and urban areas can convey their problems directly to the administration and their solution can be possible on the spot. Officers of various departments including Tehsildar Anil Kumar Bidhan were present in the camp.
