Garhshankar, July 21 - Amandeep Singh, a student of Khalsa College Mahilpur, who received the University Medal for securing the first position in the results of the course MSc (IT) session 2020-2021, running in Shri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College Mahilpur here, was honored at a special ceremony organized by the university administrators under the leadership of Panjab University VC Professor Renu Vij.
In this regard, Khalsa College Mahilpur Principal Dr. Parvinder Singh and Head of the Computer Department Professor Gurpreet Kaur said that student Amandeep Singh has brought glory to the institution by obtaining the University Medal for securing the first position in the merit list of Panjab University. They said that student Amandeep Singh was specially honored and given a certificate for obtaining a special medal by Panjab University.
On this occasion, Principal Dr. Parvinder Singh said that students who achieve good results in academic results, sports and other co-curricular activities are also given special honors at the college level and such achievements also motivate other students of the college to work hard.
