Una, July 3- The students of Haroli area have got a big gift in the field of higher education. BSc Medical and Non Medical classes will be started in Prof Simmi Agnihotri Government College Haroli from the academic session 2025-26. The state government has given permission in this regard and the Education Secretary has directed the Director Higher Education to take necessary steps.

College Principal Prof Ranveer Dadwal said that with the start of Science Faculty, now the students will get high level arrangements for studying science subjects. Quality education will be ensured in the college equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.
Expansion of undergraduate and postgraduate courses also, classes will run in new building-
Prof. Dadwal informed that BBA and BCA courses are also being started in the college from this session, in which 60-60 seats have been fixed. Apart from this, five postgraduate courses like M Com, MA English, MA Hindi, MA Political Science and MA History are also being started, in which 30-30 seats will be available in each.
BA and BCom classes are already being conducted in the college. The new college building being constructed at a cost of about Rs 16 crore is now nearing completion, in which classes will be held from this session.

It is noteworthy that the result of the continuous efforts of Deputy Chief Minister and Haroli MLA Mukesh Agnihotri is that Haroli College is being developed as a multidimensional and excellent educational institution. The beginning of the Science Faculty has brought an important opportunity especially for those daughters, who will now be able to get higher education near their home.
There is an atmosphere of tremendous enthusiasm among the students and parents of the area due to the start of new courses in the college. Expressing their deep gratitude towards the Deputy Chief Minister, people said that this decision will not only provide relief financially but will also bring positive change in the social thinking regarding the education of girls in rural areas.
