Patiala, January 09:- We should all always strive for the security, respect, prosperity, progress and brotherhood of our country, society, state and region, so that our country, society and citizens continue to progress, for which purpose social service organizations and social reformers should be given maximum support, just as the Dedicated Brothers Group Patiala is making efforts on a daily basis, these views were expressed by Mr. Tejinder Mehta, Chairman District Planning Board during the special meeting of DBG.
Dr. Rakesh Vermi President, Mr. Harpreet Singh Sandhu Secretary and Stage Secretary Dr. Rishma Kohli presented the report of the activities of the whole year that thousands of poor and needy students were given scholarships, patients were given financial assistance for medicine and surgery, unemployed youth were given training in manual labor. Manjit Singh Purba, Kaka Ram Verma, Advocate Randhir Singh, and DBG project incharges said that many activities are being carried out for the protection and rescue of the affected humanity.
Our worker Shri Kaka Ram Verma is making war-like efforts to provide training to students at educational institutions on disaster management, civil defense, first aid, CPR, fire safety, traffic safety and protection from drug crimes. As per the orders of the Government of India, traffic first aid fire safety awareness clubs will soon be formed at educational institutions and students are being given training certificates on these subjects and started making them helpful angels for the victims.
On this occasion, the members also gave information about the humanitarian work of Swami Vivekananda ji regarding National Youth Day. A pledge was taken for the security, honor and progress of the country by singing the national anthem.
