Hoshiarpur:- The seven-day Shri Ram Katha, organized by Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan in collaboration with Shri Praneshwar Mahadev Temple, is being organized in the premises of the Government High School near village Binjon in a very religious and devotional atmosphere. On the sixth day of the Katha, Sadhvi Sushri Manaswini Bharti Ji, a disciple of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, gave a very emotional and spiritual description of the glory of Lord Shri Ram Ji.
On the sixth day of the Katha, the context of Mata Shabri was described in a very poignant and inspiring way. Sadhvi Ji told through her speeches that Mata Shabri's unwavering devotion, unconditional love and years of waiting for Lord Shri Ram Ji is a unique example of true devotion.
Sadhvi Ji told that Mata Shabri waited for the arrival of Lord Shri Ram Ji all her life, having full faith in the words of her Guru. She spent every day preparing to welcome the Lord and meditating on Him. Finally, when Lord Shri Ram Ji arrived in her hut, Shabri's life became blessed. This holy context gives the message that devotion done with a true heart, unfeigned love and firm faith never goes in vain.
She told that the Lord does not accept external pomp, but the love and dedication residing in the heart of the devotee. The Shabri context teaches us that true love, devotion, dedication and pure devotion are very important to attain the Lord.
The devotees present were overwhelmed with emotion after listening to Sadhvi Ji's emotional discourses and the description of this divine pastime of the Lord. Many devotees were seen immersed in devotional rasa and experiencing their unwavering faith and love for the Lord.
During the Katha, the divine bhajans and melodious devotional music presented from the stage filled the entire atmosphere with devotional rasa. The devotees became blissful after listening to the holy hymns of the Lord and the entire pandal echoed with the chants of “Jai Shri Ram”.
At the conclusion of the Katha, all the devotees participated in the holy aarti of Lord Shri Ram Ji in a collective manner. A large number of devotees, including the members of the temple committee, were present on this occasion.
After this, langar-prasad was arranged with the spirit of service to the congregation and devotion to the Lord, which was reverently received by all the devotees present.
Thus, the sixth day of the Shabari episode of Shri Ram Katha colored the entire atmosphere in the divine color of love, devotion and devotion. Devotees were inspired by this sacred context that true devotion lies not in outward show, but in a pure heart, unselfish love, and complete surrender.
