Hansi (Dinkar Gavdi):- As part of the Samadhan Camps being organised by the District Administration under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Rahul Narwal to resolve the problems of the general public, Tehsildar Dr. Anil Kumar Bidhan heard the problems of citizens on Thursday. He listened seriously to the complaints of the citizens who reached the camp and directed the officers and employees of the concerned departments to ensure their time-bound resolution on a priority basis.
At the Samadhan Camp, Ramniwas raised an issue related to the widow pension, while Chandram, a resident of Dhani Pal, submitted a complaint before the Tehsildar regarding the removal of an incorrect meter number recorded in the Parivar Pehchan Patra. Tehsildar Anil Kumar Bidhan directed the concerned officers and employees to take necessary action on the spot and ensure early resolution of the complaints.
Tehsildar Anil Bidhan, while providing important information to the citizens, said that the data related to age and date of birth verification work has now been sent to the block level. In such a situation, citizens who need to get their age or date of birth verified can get the work done through the arrangements available at the concerned block level.
The Tehsildar said that the objective of the District Administration is to ensure the prompt and effective resolution of the problems of the general public. Through the Samadhan Camps, citizens are getting an opportunity to place their problems directly before the officers. He directed the officers and employees to take every complaint seriously and ensure its resolution as per the prescribed procedure.
On this occasion, ME Jaibir Singh, Labour Inspector Amit Lohan, Inspector Ramesh Kumar and officers and employees of various departments were present.
