Hansi: Students from Sanatan Dharma Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Hansi, under the leadership of Principal Suresh Kumar Gupta and the guidance of Professors Dr. Geeta Dahiya and Dr. Neelima, participated in the 13th University Youth Festival and earned praise for their excellent performances. Held at Guru Jambheshwar University from November 7-9, 2025, the college students participated in 36 of the 46 competitions, securing first and second place in five of them.
The college team won first place in Group Dance Haryanvi, second place in Cartooning, second place in Folk Song Haryanvi, second place in Solo Dance Haryanvi, and second place in Song. The primary objective of the Youth Festival was to promote cultural awareness, team spirit, leadership skills, and creative expression among students.
Various cultural, literary, and artistic competitions were held during the festival. Principal Dr. Suresh Kumar Gupta encouraged the participants. He stated that participating in cultural activities promotes students' overall development. He urged female students to participate in such competitions. Dr. Savita Malik, Sheelu Kumari, Charu Gupta, Saloni, Shaina, Meenu, and other staff members provided immense support in organizing the events.
