Moga, September 30:- It is with a deeply saddened and heavy heart that we write that Shri K. L. Garg Ji, President of the Haas-Vyang Academy Punjab Regd., Moga, renowned humorist and satirist, and a true servant of literature, has passed away forever. The news of his sudden demise has deeply shocked the literary world as well as everyone who loved him.
Shri K. L. Garg Ji was not merely a humorist and satirist, but also a sensitive literary figure who, through his pen, presented the weaknesses of society in the form of humour and satire with great simplicity. His writings not only brought smiles to readers’ faces but also compelled them to think about society.
His gentle speech, simple nature, friendly face and the manner in which he treated everyone with love and respect will always be remembered. He was a companion to fellow writers, an inspiration to the younger generation and a respected name in the world of Punjabi humour and satire.
With his passing today, not merely a person but also a powerful voice that spoke the truth through laughter has gone away from us forever. Although his pen has fallen silent, the literature he created and his memories will always remain alive in our hearts.
This separation is an irreparable loss that can never be made good. In this hour of grief, we express our heartfelt sympathy with the bereaved family and pray to the Almighty to grant the departed soul eternal abode at His feet and give the family, loved ones and literary companions the strength to bear this unbearable sorrow.
