Nawanshahr, 4 November (Jatinder Pal Singh Kaler):- Senior Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) leader Gurpreet Gujjar Railmajra, while speaking to journalists at Kathgarh, said that Punjab’s issues could be resolved only through the visionary thinking of Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) president Sukhbir Singh Badal. He said that Punjab was currently grappling with several serious problems, which only a regional party could truly understand. National parties had always treated Punjab unfairly, whereas the Shiromani Akali Dal was the only party that stood for Punjab, Punjabi and Punjabiat.
Gurpreet Gujjar Railmajra said that during his previous tenure, Sukhbir Singh Badal had ushered in a wave of development across Punjab and provided every village and city with facilities such as paved roads, water and electricity. He said that Sukhbir Singh Badal had always envisioned making Punjab the number one state in the country.
He appealed to the people of Punjab, particularly farmers, commission agents, labourers and youth, to join the regional party, Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal), and cooperate in transforming Punjab’s hardships into prosperity. He also urged them to work towards forming an Akali Dal government under the leadership of Sukhbir Singh Badal in 2027.
