Sangrur, September 06, 2026:- As part of the series of events dedicated to the 650th Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Ravidas Maharaj Ji, a unique drone show in Sangrur showcased a blend of spirituality and modern technology. A fleet of 500 drones took off from the grounds of Government Ranbir College, illuminating the night sky with glowing formations representing Guru Sahib’s life, teachings, and message of universal brotherhood.
Attending the event among the devotees, Sangrur MLA Narinder Kaur Bharaj stated that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government aims to make the philosophy of Sri Guru Ravidas Maharaj Ji an integral part of public consciousness. She added that the presentation served as an impactful medium to connect the younger generation with Guru Sahib's life, hymns, and ideology.
MLA Bharaj remarked that the Sri Guru Ravidas Ji Bani Study Center will act as a bridge to pass on the light of knowledge to future generations, teaching humanity equality and love. On this occasion, Bhai Tarsem Singh's Dhadi Jatha performed hymns depicting the life and philosophy of Guru Ravidas Maharaj Ji. SC Commission Member Gulzar Singh Bobbie, Municipal Council President Bhupinder Singh, Virasat Sewa Dal President Charanjit Singh Channi, along with a large number of local residents and devotees, were present.
