Hoshiarpur: A press conference was organized regarding the successful 12-year administrative tenure of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, under the chairmanship of Bharatiya Janata Party District President Nipun Sharma. Former Union Minister of State Som Parkash Kainth addressed the media on behalf of the state unit.
Speaking to the media, former Union Minister of State Som Parkash lauded the successful and historic 12-year tenure of the Central Government under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi. He said that by electing him Prime Minister for three consecutive terms, the people of the country have stamped their approval on his leadership, work style, and dedication to national interest. He stated that under PM Modi's leadership, India has achieved many historic decisions and milestones that have changed both the direction and condition of the country.
Som Parkash said that during PM Modi's first term, programs like Jan Dhan Yojana, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Ujjwala Yojana, Digital India, and Make in India brought positive changes in the lives of crores of people. In the second term, bold and historic decisions like the abrogation of Article 370 and 35-A from Jammu and Kashmir, the Citizenship Amendment Act, paving the way for the construction of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple, and the Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan were taken.
He said that in the third term, PM Modi is working with the resolve of 'Viksit Bharat-2047' to establish the country among the leading powers of the world. Today, India is touching new heights in the fields of successful G-20 presidency, strong economy, digital revolution, record infrastructure development, women's empowerment, national security, and global leadership.
Som Parkash stated that under PM Modi's leadership, India has written a new chapter of development through the historic success of Chandrayaan-3, construction of the new Parliament building, development of Kartavya Path, expansion of Vande Bharat trains, and numerous schemes for the welfare of the poor. Today, India's voice is heard strongly on the global stage, and every Indian feels proud.
He remarked that PM Narendra Modi's 12-year tenure is not just a story of political success, but proof of his unwavering commitment to nation-building, good governance, transparency, and the welfare of the poor. The trust of the country's people is his greatest strength, and on the strength of this trust, India is moving rapidly towards becoming a developed nation.
