Hansi- Naib Tehsildar Suresh Kumar listened to the complaints of the general public and issued necessary directives to officials from relevant departments during a 'Samadhan Shivir' (Resolution Camp), organized with the objective of ensuring the swift resolution of public grievances. During the camp, citizens hailing from various villages and urban colonies presented their issues before the officials.
While issuing instructions to the officials, the Naib Tehsildar emphasized that public grievances must be resolved on a priority basis and that no form of negligence would be tolerated. He stated that the primary objective of the resolution camp is to resolve people's problems on the spot, thereby sparing citizens the need to make repeated visits to government offices.
During the camp, residents of Dayal Singh Colony raised the issue regarding the cleaning of drains. Responding to this, the Naib Tehsildar directed officials from the concerned department to undertake drain cleaning immediately, aiming to provide relief to the residents from the problems of waterlogging and sanitation issues in the area.
Similarly, residents of Jawahar Nagar Colony lodged a complaint regarding low-hanging power lines. In response, the Naib Tehsildar directed officials from the Electricity Department to raise the power lines with immediate effect to prevent the possibility of any potential accidents. Officials from various departments—including Chief Minister's Good Governance Associate Pratiksha Sangwan—were present at the camp and issued instructions to ensure that necessary actions are taken to resolve the citizens' grievances.
The Naib Tehsildar reiterated that the administration remains fully committed to resolving the problems faced by the general public. In accordance with the directives of the State Government, resolution camps are being organized every Monday and Thursday to ensure that citizens have access to improved administrative services.
