Chandigarh:- The country's first Artificial Intelligence Tower will be set up in Mohali. The formalities for this have been completed. Around 300 AI-based companies from India and abroad will work here. Not only software, but also AI-related products will be developed here. This will strengthen Punjab's startups.
This AI tower will be located in the Expo City area near the Chandigarh International Airport. Expo City is being developed on 183.5 acres of land. The project is proposed on land in Rurka, Dharamgarh, Shafipur and Ladiyali villages.
A joint committee of high-level officials is being formed to monitor it. Notifications for Sections 4 and 6 were also issued on Friday. The Section 11 notification will also be issued in a month or two. After this, all kinds of buying and selling will be banned in the Expo City area.
Attractive Land Pooling Policy for Landowners
GMADA has notified a special land pooling policy for the Expo City project. Landowners whose land will be acquired will be given 800 square yards of commercial space, or SCO, per acre within the Expo City itself. This will give landowners direct financial benefits from the premium commercial hub.
