Lehragaga, October 17:- The birth anniversary of Maharaja Agrasen Ji was celebrated with devotion and respect in Lehragaga. On the occasion, Punjab Cabinet Minister Barinder Kumar Goyal paid floral tributes to Maharaja Agrasen Ji and recalled his teachings. Municipal Council Lehragaga President Kanta Goyal was also present with him.
Extending greetings on Maharaja Agrasen Ji’s birth anniversary, Cabinet Minister Barinder Kumar Goyal said that his life conveyed the message of mutual cooperation, social equality and service to humanity. He said Maharaja Agrasen Ji’s ideals inspired people to support the needy and strengthen love and brotherhood in society.
Barinder Kumar Goyal said that the true purpose of celebrating the birth anniversaries of great personalities was to adopt their teachings in daily life. He said social progress required every individual to contribute to public welfare according to their capacity and support economically and socially weaker sections in moving forward.
The Cabinet Minister urged the younger generation to draw inspiration from their rich heritage and the lives of great personalities. He said that by embracing values such as hard work, honesty and a spirit of service, young people could play an important role in the development of society.
On the occasion, Municipal Council President Kanta Goyal said that Maharaja Agrasen Ji’s teachings showed the way towards mutual cooperation and fulfilling one’s responsibilities towards society. She urged city residents to maintain harmony and contribute to the development of Lehragaga and public welfare initiatives.
