Ambala, April 19:- Like previous years, Brahmin organization Ambala Cantonment celebrated Lord Parashuram's Jayanti with devotion and enthusiasm at Lord Parashuram Bhavan, Gandhi Market Ambala Cantt. In which various Brahmin organizations of the district also participated.
Havan-Yagga Devotees prayed to Lord Parashuram for the establishment of brotherhood, harmony and peace in the world. The Havan was conducted by Pandit Madan Mohan Sati. Avtar Nath Sharma and his wife Neelam Sharma served as the chief hosts and Dev Dutt Sharma and Poonam Sharma served as co-hosts.
Chairman Neelam Devdoot (former Municipal Council Chairman) said in his speech that Lord Parashuram is not only a symbol of power but also a true guide of knowledge, discipline and piety. He said, “The life of Lord Parashuram inspires us to stand against injustice, maintain unity in the society and perform our duties with loyalty.”
President Ramesh Sharma shed light on Lord Parashuram’s ideal life, sacrifice, penance and love for justice. Vice President Satish Moudgil said, “The life of Lord Parashuram is a symbol of righteousness, courage and justice”. Vice President Satyaprakash Sharma praised the activities of the organization. General Secretary Avtar Nath Sharma (Astrologer) said, “Lord Parashuram’s incarnation took place on the auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya, which is considered astrologically a very auspicious, authentic and eternally fruitful event”.
Treasurer Parveen Sharma said that the organization’s biggest strength lies in the support of everyone in social service and religious functions.
Media Incharge Dev Dutt Sharma said that such religious and social events strengthen unity, culture and positive energy in the society. Youth President Himanshu Punj appealed to the youth to connect with their values ??and traditions and play an active role in the progress of the society.
After the program, a banquet was arranged for the devotees in which more than five thousand devotees partook of prasad. On this occasion, Joint Secretary Satish Bhardwaj, Joint Secretary Vishal Sharma, Executive Member Ashok Sharma, Councilor Bhupesh Sharma, Executive Member Vinod Gautam, Executive Member Rohit Sharma, Vinod Joshi, Inderjit Sharma, Nischal Gaur, Gaurav Sharma, Manik Sharma and many other dignitaries were present.
