Karnal, November 26: Kashmiri Lal, All India Organizer of Swadeshi Jagran Manch, stated that the country can become self-reliant, independent, and a leading nation in the world only by awakening the spirit of Swadeshi among the common people. He stated that Swami Vivekananda's birthday on January 12th will be celebrated with the theme of Swadeshi and self-reliant India. A Run for Swadeshi will be organized on this day.
He stated that only Swadeshi goods should be sold in every shop and establishment in the country. He was speaking as the chief guest at a TB patient kit distribution ceremony organized by Swadeshi Jagran Manch in Deha Basti, Karnal today. Approximately 46 patients were distributed kits on this occasion. He urged people not to fear TB; fight it with medicine; it is possible to be free from TB.
On this occasion, Satish Kumar, All India Organizer of Grahak Panchayat, stated that everyone must work together to awaken the spirit of Swadeshi within themselves. He said that Grahak Panchayat is fighting for the consumers.
