Chandigarh, 25 September - Haryana Education Minister Shri Mahipal Dhanda has directed all District Education Officers and District Elementary Education Officers of the state to ensure the participation of the maximum possible number of youth and students of the state in the ‘Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue’ quiz competition being organised under the 30th National Youth Festival 2027.
The Education Minister said that, as per the guidelines of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, the National Youth Festival is being organised this year as well on the theme of ‘Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue’.
The first phase of the festival has been initiated through the quiz competition on the ‘My Bharat Portal’ and ‘My Gov Portal’, for which the last date has been fixed as 30 September 2026. The Minister said that any youth in the age group of 15 to 29 years, considering 17 August 2026 as the cut-off date, can participate in this competition. He issued strict directions to departmental officials to immediately instruct all school heads under their respective districts so that they motivate eligible students studying in their schools to participate in it.
The Education Minister said that the youth of Haryana possess immense talent. This platform provides the students of the state with a golden opportunity to prove their capabilities at the national level and share their ideas in the making of a developed India. All school heads should ensure that the maximum possible number of students register online and participate in it within the stipulated time.
