Baloda Bazar (Chhattisgarh):- A horrific road accident occurred on the Raipur–Bilaspur National Highway in Chhattisgarh’s Baloda Bazar–Bhatapara district when a passenger bus rammed into a truck parked on the roadside. Five people, including the bus driver and conductor, were killed, while 14 other passengers were injured. The impact was so severe that the front of the bus was completely mangled, triggering cries of panic at the scene.
According to information, a passenger bus was travelling along the Raipur–Bilaspur National Highway when it collided with a truck parked on the roadside. Hearing the loud crash, local villagers and passers-by immediately rushed to the scene. Three people died on the spot, while 16 injured people were taken to a nearby hospital. Two more critically injured people succumbed to their injuries during treatment, taking the death toll to five. The remaining 14 injured people are undergoing treatment.
