Una, September 5: Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri reverently participated in a religious program organized at the Baba Bal Ji Ashram in Kotla Kalan, Una, on the auspicious occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami. Late Friday night, he arrived directly from Delhi at the Shri Radha-Krishna Temple in Kotla Kalan, established by the revered saint Shri Baba Bal Ji Maharaj. Kutlehar MLA Vivek Sharma was also present on this occasion.
The Deputy Chief Minister performed the ritualistic *Abhishek* (ceremonial bathing) and worship of Lord Shri Thakur Ji at the temple and sought the blessings of Lord Shri Radha-Krishna and Baba Bal Ji Maharaj. He joined the devotees in celebrating the holy festival of Shri Krishna Janmashtami and prayed to the Lord for the happiness, prosperity, peace, and well-being of the state's residents. He expressed the hope that the grace and blessings of Lord Shri Krishna would always remain upon everyone.
He described the religious event, held under the guidance of the revered saint Baba Bal Ji Maharaj, as a significant occasion of faith and devotion. He noted that the Shri Radha-Krishna Temple and Ashram in Kotla Kalan serve as a major center of faith not only for the local area but for devotees across the entire state. Religious and spiritual programs are organized here throughout the year, drawing large numbers of devotees who come to seek the blessings of Saint Baba Bal Ji Maharaj and offer prayers to Lord Shri Radha-Krishna.
