Patiala:- Children of Bajwa family living in city of Rosenheim Germany, Gurdan Singh Bajwa and Jessica Bajwa, while participating in Kick Boxing World Championship held in city Burnley England from 29 July to 1 August, obtained Gold Medal. Both have registered this win for fourth time and have brought glory to Punjab along with Germany.
Gurdan Singh Bajwa and Jessica Bajwa are grandson and granddaughter of late Dalip Singh and belong to village Phoolewal, District Kapurthala. By winning Gold Medal for fourth time both have increased pride of their maternal grandparents, paternal grandparents, village Phoolewal and whole Punjab.
Whole credit for this success goes to hard work of their parents Major Singh Bajwa and Rupinder Kaur Bajwa. They worked day and night to inspire their children to move forward in field of sports and gave them full support.
Family members and villagers congratulating both children for this glorious achievement said that they pray that Gurdan Singh and Jessica work harder and achieve new heights in future also and keep bringing glory to Germany and Punjab. May God always be with them.
