Patiala, July 24:- Under the patronage of Dr. Rakesh Vermi, Founder President of Dedicated Brothers Group (Reg.) Punjab, Patiala, a massive blood donation camp was organized by Committed Brigade, 10 Punjab Battalion NCC Patiala and Dedicated Brothers Group (Reg.) Punjab at Hotel Mohan Continental, Patiala.
More than 200 NCC cadets and common citizens enthusiastically participated in the camp and registered for blood donation. This social service contribution of young girls and boys was described as an important effort to save human lives.
On this occasion, Major, Subedar Major, other officers and NCC cadets of 10 Punjab Battalion NCC also gave the message of social service by donating blood.
The camp organizers Dr. Rakesh Vermi, Harpreet Singh Sandhu, Shailesh Gupta, Amrish Bansal, Gulab Rai Garg, Mohit Dhodi, Dilpreet Singh Benipal, Ashok Sharma, Om Prakash Singla, Happy Sukhija, Kunal, Shri Panchdashnam Mahakal Akhara, Aarav, Babbi Barjinder Nath, Amaninder Singh Saini, S.K. Verma, Arshpreet Singh Benipal and Sanjeev Kamboj expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Commanding Officer of 10 Punjab Battalion NCC Patiala, their staff officers and all the NCC Cadets.
They said that this blood donation camp could be successfully completed only due to the cooperation, discipline and dedication of the NCC officers and cadets.
Dedicated Brothers Group (Regd.) Punjab, Patiala and Committed Brigade reiterated their resolve to continue such public interest work and social service efforts for social welfare in the future as well.
