Hoshiarpur: Meetings were held for the Phaglana and Basi Daulat Khan sectors of the BSP in the Chabbewal constituency. The Phaglana sector meeting was conducted under the able leadership of Panchayat Samiti member Harmesh Kumar Rattu and Sector President Vije Kumar. Advocate Palvinder Mana, the District In-charge and Chabbewal Constituency In-charge, attended as the chief guest and personally oversaw the leadership of the entire constituency.
During the event, discussions focused on strengthening the BSP's sector organization and booth-level committees, with party workers from villages across the sector participating. They pledged to work tirelessly to strengthen the BSP at the grassroots level.
Addressing the villagers present, Advocate Palvinder Mana stated that MGNREGA workers were staging a peaceful protest to press for their demands, yet the government ordered a police lathi-charge to forcibly end this peaceful demonstration.
