Hoshiarpur- For world peace and universal welfare, 1101 Kundiya Rudra Koti Maha Yagya is going to start from 19 February 2026 at Shri Siddheshwar Shiv Mandir Bassi Ghulam Hussain, Hoshiarpur. This Yagya will be held after 100 years on the holy land of Hoshiarpur. Which is being led by spiritual leader Swami Udayagiri Ji Maharaj. The secretary of the organization, Shri Anurag Sood, said that earlier in 1925, 1101 Kundiya Yagya was held in Shri Kalinath Kaleshwar Tirtha Kshetra (Himachal Pradesh).
Now this Mahayagga is being started again, in which the spiritual leader Swami Vishwanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj from Kaleshwar is also getting full support. He said that during the Yagga, there will be Havan every day from 9 am to 12 pm and the story of Shri Shiv Mahapuran from 4 pm to 7 pm. Secretary Sood appealed to all the devotees to participate in this Maha Yagga with their body, mind and wealth and get spiritual benefits.
Interested devotees can get their names registered at Shri Siddheshwar Shiv Mandir. He said that a special meeting has been held on 17 October 2025 at 4 pm regarding the preparations for the Yagga. In which Swami Vishwanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj will be specially present. Social worker Yashodananand Gupta, engineers Harish Kumar, Pradeep Kumar, Harshwinder Singh Pathania, Gurdev Singh, Surinder Pal and many other devotees were also present on this occasion.
