This idea was expressed by Shiromani and Sahitya Akademi Award-winning eminent writer Manmohan Singh Daun during a literary dialogue at Karumbalan Bhawan, Mahilpur. He further said that children's literature writers are confusing children by creating long sentences.

He further said that children's literature writers are confusing children by creating long sentences.
Whereas, for children, there should be short, effective and entertaining sentences. For them, the choice of words should also be made according to their age. Therefore, it is very difficult to find books for children among the children's literature being created.
Sincere and serious writers are creating, but their creation is not reaching child readers, for which teachers and parents are responsible. He further said that in the methods of creating literature, the writer should have a historical, present and future perspective.
In this dialogue organized by Sur Sangam Educational Trust Mahilpur, world famous writer and popular artist Kamaljit Nilon was present as a guest. While he provided immense pleasure with his singing, he also enchanted the audience with his paintings.
He also presented his new stories and paintings made with them. He further said that in the coming time, with the support of Nikkian Karumbalan Prakashan, a children's caravan like 1990 will also be run in Hoshiarpur district. The purpose of this caravan is to instill moral values ??in children and to make them inheritors of their rich heritage by connecting them with their mother tongue.
On this occasion, Bagga Singh Artist said that the children's literature being created by him is being loved and respected by every reader because it is multi-genre. Artists and writers like Manmohan Singh Daun and Kamaljit Nilon are not born often in the world. While students are improving their lives through their literature, new writers are also being born.
Bibi Daljit Kaur Daun Hai, shedding light on the importance of Ayurveda, said that the cure for all our diseases is available in our kitchen, which we are unaware of. We consider it an easy task to take pills, while we do not use things like turmeric, fennel, ajwain, ginger and black pepper properly. We are getting sick by getting addicted to canned and packeted things.
She also gave information about the use of things available in the kitchen to avoid various diseases. Baljinder Mann, President of the Trust, thanked everyone. He said that his aim is to promote and disseminate the mother tongue through which the coming generations remain connected to their rich heritage.
