Patiala- On the occasion of International Teachers' Day, Dedicated Brothers Group honored 21 principals, teachers and college professors as the best teacher gurus. On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax Department Mr. Narinder Singh, praising the event, said that by honoring teachers every month in 31 years, DBG has set national records by honoring the status, selfless contribution and devotion of 2010 Gurus and supporting 26500 needy students through fees, uniforms, books, copies, fulfilling their dreams of higher education. 
Hundreds of blood donation camps were organized and thousands of units of blood were donated in hospitals, helping to save thousands of patients. 
Dr. Rakesh Vermi, President, Harpreet Singh Sandhu, Secretary, has also donated blood 88 times. Manjit Singh Purba Project Incharge said that this society, starting with medical camps through some dedicated friends, is now making commendable efforts with 1200 brothers and sisters, for humanity, students, patients, saving lives in accidents, ambulance services, computer sets in Punjab by spending lakhs of rupees.
 On this occasion, Mr. Kaka Ram Verma and Dr. Rishma Kohli said that under the leadership of DBG, trainings are being given to students, employees, citizens in disaster management, civil defense, first aid, fire safety.
 So, in case of disasters, domestic incidents, heart attacks, cardiac arrest, fainting, shock, we are preparing helpful angels to save the lives of victims through the help of nearby youth. The members were honored with congratulations and gifts on their birthdays.
