SAS Nagar, October 4- A meeting of the organizations of the United Kisan Morcha was held today at Gurdwara Amb Sahib. In which organizations of Mohali district, BKU Rajewal, BKU Chaduni, BKU Puadh, BKU Qadian, BKU Dakoudan, BKU Lakhowal, BKU Ugrahan were present.
In the meeting, it was discussed to hold a three-hour protest outside the office of DC Mohali on October 8 and submit a memorandum. In which the main demands were regarding the compensation of the losses caused by the floods of the farmer laborers such as lack of DAP, urea, increasing the moisture content of the paddy, regarding the roads of Mohali district, dwarf disease of paddy, turmeric disease, arrangements for straw management, regarding slip roads in the roads of Bharat Mala project, regarding DAP fertilizer, urea fertilizer cooperative society, to save the water of Kharar from the flood to many villages, to repair the broken embankment of Ghaggar and it was decided to hold a protest outside the DC office from 10 am to 1 pm.
On this occasion, State Secretary of Bhartiya Kisan Union Rajewal Paramdeep Singh Baidwan, District President Kirpal Singh Siau, Lakhwinder Singh Karala General Secretary Mohali, Amarjit Singh, Mani Singh, Kulbir Singh Karala, Satnam Singh Chaduni District President Mohali, Rajesh Kumar, Gurdev Singh, Jagjit Singh Dakounda District President Mohali, Gurcharan Singh, Lakhwinder Singh Happy Ugrahan President, Jaspal Singh Landran BKU Lakhowal, Jaspal Singh Niamia BKU Lakhowal, Angrez Singh Dakounda, Rajinder Singh Dhola District President Qadian, Gurbachan Singh Senior Vice President Mohali were present.
