
Irrigation Minister Shruti Chaudhary accepted the demand of MLA Vinod Bhayana to make permanent arrangements for drainage of water in many villages.

The MLA said that in the villages of Dhana Khurd, Dhana Kala, Rampura, Bhatol Jatan, Jeetpura, Mahenda, Chainat, Bhatla, Kumbha, Jamwadi, Garhi, Sorki and Thurana etc. of Hansi constituency, there is excessive waterlogging when it rains. Due to which people have to face a lot of trouble and the crops of the farmers get spoiled.
He demanded that permanent arrangements should be made for drainage of rainwater in these villages so that people do not face any kind of problem in future. Irrigation Minister Shruti Chaudhary, in response to this, said that seven development projects worth Rs 24 crore were approved for permanent arrangement of drainage of rainwater in Hansi constituency.
Out of which work on three projects has been completed and work is going on on four. He said that the villages in which MLA Vinod Bhayana has demanded arrangements for drainage will also be taken up under various schemes. Permanent arrangements will be made for drainage in all these villages.
On the recommendation of the MLA, lawyers of Bar Association Hansi and students of Shri Kali Devi Vidyalaya visited the Vidhan Sabha today and observed the proceedings of the Vidhan Sabha.
