Amit Shah's entry and a grand story of development – Karnal-Asandh becomes a health hub

Karnal, October 3:- Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah presented a significant gift to the people of the state by inaugurating a state-level exhibition on new criminal laws and laying the foundation stone and inaugurating various Haryana government projects in Kurukshetra on Friday.

These projects included the foundation stone laying of two projects in Karnal district, to be completed at a cost of approximately Rs 100 crore. In keeping with the district-level program, Karnal MLA Jagmohan Anand and Assandh MLA Yogendra Rana attended the event held in the auditorium of the Mini Secretariat. Deputy Commissioner Uttam Singh, Mayor Renu Bala Gupta, and BJP District President Praveen Lathar were present.
MLA Jagmohan Anand symbolically laid the foundation stone for a 50-bed intensive care hospital block:
On this occasion, MLA Jagmohan Anand symbolically laid the foundation stone for a 50-bed intensive care hospital block on the Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College campus. The project will cost an estimated ?20.74 crore (?207.4 million). Patients will benefit from modern treatment facilities in this hospital block. MLA Jagmohan Anand stated that the Haryana government is continuously striving to improve healthcare services, and patients are already benefiting from modern facilities in district-level hospitals. The intensive care hospital block is an important part of this initiative. MLA Jagmohan Anand thanked Home Minister Amit Shah and Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and stated that this is a significant gift from the central and state governments to the people of the Karnal region. MLA Yogendra Rana symbolically laid the foundation stone for a 100-bed hospital in Assandh:
At the event, MLA Yogendra Rana symbolically laid the foundation stone for the construction of a 100-bed hospital in Assandh. The estimated cost of construction is ?76.20 crore. He stated that Assandh city is located approximately 45 kilometers from Karnal, Kaithal, Jind, and Panipat. The construction of this hospital will provide the people of the Assandh assembly constituency with access to excellent healthcare. Upon laying the foundation stone for the hospital, MLA Yogendra Rana expressed his gratitude to Home Minister Amit Shah and Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on behalf of the people of Assandh and stated that this is a significant gift from the central and state governments to the people of the Assandh region.
On this occasion, Mayor Monica Sharma, Director of Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College, Dr. M.K. Garg, Deputy CMO of General Hospital Karnal Dr. Ravindra Sandhu, Engineering Wing of Public Works Department and other officers were present.
