Chandigarh, October 3- Haryana Government has given additional charge of Commissioner and Secretary of the Archives Department and Director General of Fire Services Department to Mr. Shekhar Vidyarthi as Commissioner and Secretary of the Women and Child Development Department with immediate effect.
