Patiala:- The meeting of the Class Four Government Employees Union Punjab (1608) District Sub Committee, Forest Department, Wildlife, Forest Corporation, was held at the union office Rajpura Colony in the rain, the meeting was chaired by Jagmohan Singh Naulakha.
The meeting was specially attended by State President Darshan Singh Lubana. In this emergency meeting, the issues of regularizing the services of the daily wage workers of the Forest Department, removing the lack of seniority, making workers from different ranges leave work on the pretext of budget, releasing salaries from May to August and especially Range Officer Rajpura leaving maximum number of workers from work, giving wrong answers against the rules, etc. will be discussed. A gate rally will be held in front of the Forest Division office on 02/09/2025 at 11 am. In this gate rally, it will be announced to hold a rally in front of the office of Forest Range Officer Rajpura at his personal residence in village Baran.
The meeting was attended by Darshan Singh Lubana, Jagmohan Singh Naulakha, who said that corruption is rampant in the forest department and workers who are getting small salaries are being harassed by repeatedly being removed from work.
Even when the forest range officer Rajpura was asked to attend the union's activities and meetings, all the rules and regulations are being taken away by hanging them. This is being openly rigged and forced.
