Hoshiarpur - Former Governor Satyapal Malik, a man of high character who raised slogans in favor of the country's farmers and Olympian wrestler daughters, passed away yesterday during treatment in a hospital in Delhi, which has caused a wave of grief among the justice-loving, hard-working people of the country.
To get the country out of the current crisis, there was a dire need for wise political leaders like Malik Sahib who were true to their word and deed and understood the pain and suffering of the people. But the blind rulers, intoxicated by the power, instead of resolving the issues according to the correct advice given by them, harassed them through government agencies, which is very condemnable and unfortunate.
