Garhshankar- A meeting of Olympian Jarnail Singh Memorial Football Tournament Committee Garhshankar was held under the chairmanship of Executive President Dr. Harvinder Singh Bath at Olympian Jarnail Singh Football Stadium to prepare for the 39th Punjab State Super Football League competitions being organized by Punjab Football Association.
During the meeting, discussions were held on the preparations for the 39th Punjab State Super Football League competitions to be held at the football stadium. On this occasion, Dr. Harvinder Singh Bath and Balvir Singh Bains said that four matches of the league will be held at the football stadium and the remaining matches will be played by the club team in other cities.
He said that this time the players of the college and club football team who came from other cities are being provided hostel facilities with the help of sports promoters from Canada, America, England etc., NRIs and the team is practicing continuously. In the meeting, special thanks were given to the NRIs for their support for the sports. During the meeting, Dr. Harvinder Singh Bath, Balvir Singh Bains, Shivinderjit Singh Bains, Roshanjit Singh Panam, Yograj Gambhir, Amandeep Singh Bains, Shalinder Singh Rana, Parminder Singh Superintendent, Jaswant Singh Bhattal, Sajjan Singh Dhamai, Prof. Sukhdev Singh, Coach Hardeep Singh Gill, Bhupinder Singh Simbli, Tarlochan Singh Goli and members of the football team were present.
