
Shaktar Singh Bal elected new president of PCS Officers’ Association, Dr. Ankur Mahindroo retakes charge of General Secretary
Ludhiana- The general body meeting of Punjab Civil Services (PCS) Officers’ Association was organized at Lodhi Club in Ludhiana, in which officers from different districts of the state participated with great enthusiasm.

The meeting proved to be a new chapter for the association, where Shaktar Singh Bal was elected as the new president, while Dr. Ankur Mahindroo once again retained his place as the general secretary. Both received overwhelming support from the members.
Past president Dr. Rajat Oberoi congratulated the newly elected committee and expressed confidence that the new leadership will work for the betterment of PCS officers and public service while carrying forward the core principles of the association.
The new team led by Shaktar Singh Bal and Dr. Ankur Mahindroo thanked the members for the trust they have reposed in them and Dr. Oberoi. He appealed to all the members to remain united and join the mission of bringing about constructive and positive changes in the administrative structure.
Amit Mahajan (PR), a senior and respected member of the PCS Officers’ Association, also sent his congratulatory message to the new team. Stressing the importance of teamwork and vision, he said that this new leadership should be successful in making the association stronger and protecting the rights of the civil service officers of Punjab.
