Service week celebrated by Lions Club Hansi

Hisar: – Service week was celebrated from 24th June to 30th June by Lions Club Hansi under the district project 5th Service Week Food for Life. On 24th June, first, with the help of Monu Gurjar, the water cooler was installed in Government Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary School and inaugurated. And in the afternoon, under Save Food, “Take only that much in your plate – don’t waste it in the drain” was told in the Bhandaar at Arya Samaj Hansi.

On 25th June, ration, fruits and snacks etc. were distributed in Bajrang Ashram. On 26th June, langar was organized in front of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Gurudwara, Old Sabzi Mandi.
On 27th June, Sahil Bhyana, SHO Sadanand and JE installed a water cooler at Geeta Chowk in the morning with the help of Sunita Agarwal, Rohini, Delhi. The inauguration was done by Monika Dahiya and in the evening, green fodder and jaggery were fed to the animals in the destitute cowshed in the old market committee under the Food for Cattle Project.
On June 30, the water cooler installed with the help of Deepak Mittal in Swarg Ashram (Sisay Bridge) was inaugurated by Chairman Nagar Parishad Praveen Elawadi and millet etc. and water pots were kept for the birds in the Nests and Water for Birds Project.
Lion chief Deepak Mittal, Suresh Bansal, Jugal Grover, Ashok Bhutani, Sanjay Bansal, Ramsaroop Khattar, Naresh Leekha, Praveen Garg, Surendra Banga, Mahendra Pushkarna, Vijay Sharma, Gopal Krishna Munjal, Madan Lal Pahwa, Prem Verma, Lucky Khattar, Arun Arya and other members were present in these projects. Lion Suresh Bansal said that tomorrow on 1st July, on the occasion of Chartered Accountant and Doctor Day, Chartered Accountants and Doctors will be honoured.
