Hisar: – A Samadhan camp was organized on Monday in the joint office premises, in which the problems of citizens from various villages of the subdivision area were heard on the spot and their solution was ensured. The camp was chaired by Tehsildar Anil Kumar Bidhan.
People presented a total of ten problems in this Samadhan camp. Tehsildar Bidhan instructed all the officers to provide quick and effective solution to each complaint on priority basis so that people do not have to visit the offices again and again.
Officials of many departments were present in the Samadhan camp. All the officers took all the complaints related to their respective departments seriously and started action on the spot for solution. Tehsildar Anil Kumar Bidhan said that as per the instructions of the state government, Samadhan camps will continue to be organized on Monday and Thursday.
So that services can be provided to the people in a convenient and transparent manner. In the camp, the officers also gave information about various public welfare schemes to all the people present and encouraged them to take advantage of them.
