Haryana/Hisar: Today, a meeting of All Haryana Sabzi Mandi Association was held at Hotel KC Cross Road, Panchkula in which commission agents from all over Haryana participated. In this meeting, Raj Kakkar ji, who was serving as the President for the last 33 years, resigned and retired.
His retirement took place with great pomp and show. Then 6 contenders came for the new President out of which 5 supported Brijmohan. Then unanimously Brijmohan was elected as the President. Harish Dhamija was elected as the Chairman, Gangaram Bajaj as the Patron, Lovely Sapra as the General Secretary, Ranbir Pehelwan as the Senior Vice President, Balraj Saini as the Vice President and Ashish Paruthi as the Youth President.
The rest of the executive will be elected in the next meeting. Commission agents from almost every city had come to this meeting.
