Hoshiarpur- MLA Brahm Shankar Jimpa today formally launched the beautification and renovation project of Green View Park. This project was started in collaboration with International Tractors Limited (Sonalika) under their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fund. Under this initiative, a park equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and beauty will be dedicated to the city residents.
On this occasion, MLA Jimpa said that our goal is to make Green View Park located in the center of the city the most beautiful park in Hoshiarpur. Through this project, citizens will get a place where they can enjoy natural beauty and entertainment. He said that a modern walking and jogging track will be constructed in the park. A children's park will be prepared for children.
In which a toy train and modern equipment for children to play will be installed. To further enhance the beauty of the park, a fountain with lights and sound will be installed, which will become a center of attraction for the city residents. A historical tank will be installed in the park to honor the martyrs and sacrifices of the country, which has been approved by the army.
MLA Jimpa thanked Sonalika and other industrial institutions and said that the industry has always supported the development and welfare of the city. This project is also an example of their positive contribution. He also said that no compromise will be made in this project to maintain quality and beauty, for which the Municipal Corporation Hoshiarpur will always be ready.
He said that a committee will also be formed for the maintenance of the park. The renovation of the park will be a big gift for the city residents where families and children will be able to spend happy time. He said that with the completion of this project, Green View Park will not only become the identity of Hoshiarpur but will also prove to be a source of inspiration for other cities.
