Nawanshahr, August 16- Rayat International School, Railmajra celebrated 79th Independence Day with great patriotic fervor and creative expression. The celebration began with a ceremonial flag hoisting ceremony led by the Principal, Mrs. Spinder Kaur Dhindsa, which set a tone of reverence and national pride.
The main attraction of the day was the much-awaited inter-house dance competition, where students from all the houses took to the stage with lively and energetic performances. Each dance piece beautifully depicted the themes of freedom, unity and love for the nation, which reflected the creativity, talent and spirit of patriotism of the students.
After the cultural programme, sweets were distributed among the students, bringing a joyous end to the celebration.
