Eleventh Gurmat Samagam organized with great pomp at Gurdwara Nanak Mata Rahon.

Nawanshahr:- Like the previous years, the eleventh samaga of the series of 25 Gurmat Samagams organized by Guru Nanak Mission Sewa Society dedicated to the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Sahib Ji and the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji was organized with great devotion, love and pomp at Gurdwara Nanak Mata Rahon.

Nawanshahr:- Like the previous years, the eleventh samaga of the series of 25 Gurmat Samagams organized by Guru Nanak Mission Sewa Society dedicated to the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Sahib Ji and the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji was organized with great devotion, love and pomp at Gurdwara Nanak Mata Rahon.
During this event, Hazuri Raagi of Darbar Sahib Bhai Nirbhai Singh Ji delighted the Sangat by showering the Amrit of Gurbani Kirtan. After him, the famous Katha Vachak of the Panth, Pri Maninderpal Singh Sikh Missionary College Ropar, started the Gurmat thoughts by mentioning the Bani and various events of the life history of Guru Nanak Dev Ji and made an emotional appeal to the Sangat to connect with their heritage by making them listen to the incident of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji's martyrdom.
Surjit Singh, Chief Sevadar of Guru Nanak Mission Sewa Society, welcomed the devotees on this occasion as usual and appealed to them to attend the Mahan Kirtan Darbar being organized in the grounds of Khalsa School and the grand Gurmat Samagam to be held at Gurdwara Manji Sahib dedicated to the 556th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Sahib Ji and the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Nanak Sahib Ji. The stage was conducted by Bhai Tarlochan Singh Khatkar Kalan during the event. The Gu: Managing Committee and Guru Nanak Mission Society also honored the Kirtani Jatha and Kathawachak with siropas. The Society also honored the Gu: Committee.
The devotees from far-off cities joined the event in a big way through buses and private vehicles and enjoyed the event by singing Shabads during the Kirtan. On this occasion, Shere Punjab Sewa Dal, Guru Nanak Dev Sewak Jatha, Baba Deep Singh Sewak Jatha, Bhai Ghanaiya Ji Sewak Jatha and other Sewak Jathas and the sangat of the city enjoyed Gurbani Kirtan and Katha thoughts while also making their lives successful by doing various services.
