He further said that we should provide books and children's magazines to our children according to their age.

The popular children's magazine Nikkiya Karumbalan is the only children's magazine in Punjabi which is read all over the world, which is why its name is recorded in the India Book of Records. Mahilpur is called with great respect for this great work.
Baljinder Mann, who has been associated with the creation, editing, publishing and translation of children's literature for three decades, has made an important contribution to the world of children's literature. For which the Punjabi world feels proud of him. This literary event was organized by Pragatisheel Lekhak Sangh unit Mahilpur under the leadership of Pradhan Sarabjit Singh, Jeevan Chandeli, Paramjit Katib, Raghuvir Singh Kaloya and Pradhan Manjit Kaur. On this occasion, while highlighting the literary achievements of Principal Bahadur Singh Gosal, writer Jagjit Singh Ganeshpur said that Principal Gosal has set a record by writing 106 books so far. More than 70 of his books are related to children's literature and history. Many students are receiving degrees on his research work. On this occasion, he was also honored by Sur Sangam Educational Trust. Jagtar Singh Yog made a great presence in the literary event with his songs. Babbu Mahilpuri discussed the musical contribution of Mahilpur. On this occasion, Bagga Singh Artist, Chanchal Singh Bains, Harbhajan Singh Kahlon, Sukhman Singh, Harveer Mann, Preet Neetpuri, Harmanpreet Kaur, Nidhi Aman Sahota, Kuldeep Kaur Bains along with literature lovers and children participated. Tanveer Maan thanked everyone and said that we should nourish the roots of our new generation with interesting children's literature so that they can become ideal citizens of the future.
