Nawanshahr:- A voluntary blood donation camp dedicated to Bhai Ghanhai Ji's Malam Patti Diwas was organized in the hall of Gurdwara Anandsar in village Mubarakpur near here. The blood donation camp was started by praying for the welfare of all.
The greatness of this camp has increased even more because currently, the Mega Voluntary Blood Donation Campaign is being celebrated at the national level from September 17 to October 2. The blood donation camp, organized with the inspiration of social worker Joga Singh Sadhra from abroad, was supported by BDC Blood Center Nawanshahr under the leadership of Dr. Harpal Singh.
Apart from the management committee of Gurdwara Sri Anandsar Sahib Mubarakpur and the sangat of the village, the social service organizations of the area “Guru Ramdas Seva Society Nawanshahr”, “Upkar Education and Charitable Trust Garhshankar”, “Upkar Coordination Society Nawanshahr” provided support for the success of the camp. On this occasion, Ma Narinder Singh Bharta donated blood for the 68th time and a total of 41 blood donors donated blood.
On this occasion, apart from President Mahinder Singh, Satnam Singh Sadhra, Des Raj Bali, Jaswinder Singh, Satnam Singh, Charanjit Singh, Rawal Singh Gaurav Bawa, Ravinder Singh, Jashanpreet Singh, Gurwinder Singh, Karanpreet Singh, Varinder Singh were performing the service. Apart from President Sukhwinder Singh Thandi, Amarjit Singh Khalsa, Karamjit Singh Sodhi, Jaswinder Singh Doctor, Pritpal Singh Haveli, Inderjit Singh, Sukhwinder Singh Sian, Rajwans Singh Bedi reached the camp to donate blood.
GS Toor, JS Gidda, Surinder Kaur Toor, Narinder Singh Bharta, Des Raj Bali, Dr. Avtar Singh Denowal Kalan, Principal Dr. Bikkar Singh, Vasdev Pardesi, Jaspal Singh and Parvinder Singh Golhewal and Giani Malkiat Singh were present in the camp.
Dr. Harpal Singh, Rajiv Bhardwaj, Malkiat Singh Saroya, Rajinder Thakur, Bhupinder Singh, Priyanka, Kapil Sharma, Jatinder Singh provided technical service from BDC Blood Center. On this occasion, the Gurdwara Committee honored the blood donor angels and special guests and presented them with mementos.
