MLA Kulwant Singh takes charge as Secretary of Punjab Cricket Association

S.A.S. Nagar/Chandigarh 12 July 2025: After the unanimous election of office bearers of Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) at Mullapur, today MLA from Mohali constituency S. Kulwant Singh has taken charge as Secretary, Amarjit Mehta as President, Deepak Bali as Vice President and Sunil Gupta as Treasurer.

S.A.S. Nagar/Chandigarh 12 July 2025: After the unanimous election of office bearers of Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) at Mullapur, today MLA from Mohali constituency S. Kulwant Singh has taken charge as Secretary, Amarjit Mehta as President, Deepak Bali as Vice President and Sunil Gupta as Treasurer.
The Punjab Cricket Association committee has completed the election process today and handed over responsibilities to the office bearers. Meanwhile, MLA S. Kulwant Singh thanked the Punjab Cricket Association committee and said that they will discharge their responsibility with full dedication and commitment. S. Kulwant Singh thanked the Election Officer of Punjab Cricket Association and all the members of the committee, who have completed this election process in a good manner. He said that all its members have been appointed unanimously.
S. Kulwant Singh said that he will make efforts to take the emerging new players including the Punjab Cricket Association and cricket to greater heights along with his colleagues. He said that the coming time in Punjab belongs to the players. There is a lot of interest in sports in Punjab, be it cricket, kabaddi, hockey or other sports. Cricket and other various sports tournaments are organized in every street and neighborhood of Punjab and especially in the villages. He said that efforts will be made to bring forward the emerging new youth in cricket.
S. Kulwant Singh said that under the leadership of the Honorable Chief Minister of Punjab, S. Bhagatwant Singh Mann and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal, sports are being promoted in Punjab even more. In the coming time, Punjab will touch heights not only in the country but also in the whole world in the competition of sports.
