Nawanshahr - A free eye operation and check up camp was organized at Gurdwara Singh Sabha village Cut by Buta Singh Kharod, a prominent social worker, in the memory of Jathedar Raghvir Singh Kharod with the support of social service organization United Sikh Mission USA. The said camp was jointly inaugurated by the family of Sardar Buta Singh Kharod USA and Iman Singh Maan. During the camp, 780 patients were checked up by the Super Eye Care Hospital team. The patients were given free medicines, spectacles and slips to get lenses for the needy, whose operations would be conducted at Jalandhar. On this occasion, Guru Ka Langar was used extensively.
