Mandi Gobindgarh, April 1 - Tarun Sharma, a B Lib second semester student at Desh Bhagat University, has bagged a gold medal in the prestigious North American Karate Championship held at Las Vegas, USA from March 29 to 31. This achievement adds another milestone to Tarun's success demonstrating his unwavering dedication and unparalleled skill in the field of karate. Tarun Sharma's journey to success has been nothing short of inspiring. Earlier this year, he claimed the gold medal at the All India Para Karate Championship held at Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi. Additionally, he showcased his prowess by winning a bronze medal at the Asian Para Karate Championship held in Melaka, Malaysia from 21 to 23 July 2023.
