This statement was made by Patiala Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sahni while inspecting this cowshed. Municipal Corporation Joint Commissioner Babandeep Singh Walia, Corporation Secretary Sunil Mehta and Krishan Kakkar and other officials were also present with them. The DC has urged the owners of cows and other milch animals in the city not to leave their milking animals outside on the roads and streets. And if this is found, where these animals will not be returned by the municipal team to the cowshed. Those who do this will also be fined.
Sakshi Sahni said that with the running of this cowshed, the problem of stray animals in the city will be reduced to a great extent and people will not have to suffer from accidents caused by them. The Deputy Commissioner invited the social service organizations of the city, city residents and especially cow and animal lovers that they can perform cow service according to their devotion at Ablowal Gaushala.
